Wow, I can't even begin to tell you how many amazing women applied to be on the design team! The decision is going to be a hard one to make, let me tell ya! Thank you so much to everyone who applied I'm blown away by the level of skill and talent that exists out there. Those of you who are selected to be on the team will be announced on the blog next week. The new design team will be introduced and you will have a chance to see their work and to find out a bit more about them and their first pages as DT's will appear here on the first Friday in June...isn't that exciting!!!
Big fat email problem tho, I backed up all the applications that were received but lost all the email addresses, so for those of you whose names are announced for the Design Team, you'll have to email me again so that I have your email addresses (there's never a good time to have a major technical/computer glitch!) Stay tuned so that you don't miss the announcement!!!
Also,we are going to be making one more big change here and that is to include a guest designer each month to work with us using the challenges each Friday. They will be using their own supplies and inspiring the creative juices to flow for all you scrappers out there who play along with the challenges. Those who are chosen to be Guest Designers will be announced here ( and contacted via email if I can track down a way to do that for some of you) and will be emailed the challenges at the same time as the DT. The Guest Designers will be chosen from the massive stockpile of names that i now have and anyone who is interested in being a Guest Designer but didn't try out for the DT, you can email me to that effect (I'll back up all my email addresses starting today!) and your name will be added to the list. The Guest Designer names will be selected in no particular order.
