Challenge 66 - a little wild

Well, this week is anything but ordinary and the total opposite of predictable! Due to a shipping delay from our manu's our kits are arriving late to some of our designers but Jessi & I DO have our kits so the challenge this week is a 2-part challenge. This image below is in keeping with our usual challenges of sketches & other artistic inspiration. I love the use of text and the impact of the horizontal elements in the image. I thought is was great fun to work with. So using the Rookery Road Couture Collection, Jessi & I created our pages to give you a bit of inspo for using this month's collection. I love how we can achieve such different results with using the same materials.

As usual, you are invited to share your artwork with us by uploading images of your pages using the Flickr Group. We'd love to see what you create using this movie poster as your challenge image. You are not required to use the kit to create your page but you definitely can if you want to! You have all month to get your pages submitted and we'll vote on a favorite once the month is over. Be sure to mention which week your page was created for. A winner will be announced during the beginning of the following month and the lucky winner will receive a free Couture Collection! YAY! So go on and get scrappy!

But because most of the designers are still waiting for their new Couture Collections to arrive, they were given carte blanche to create whatever they wanted using up past kit leftovers. Here are their wonderful creations...

One of my favorite things about Tania as a designer is that she'll take any challenge and rock it out like nobody's business! When this girl uses up scraps, man, she uses up scraps...check it out!
